We maintain a strict acceptance rate. Every tutor must pass our comprehensive 3-step verification process.
1. Academic Screening
Every applicant must submit verified proof of their academic excellence and university credentials in their specific subject area.
2. Background Checks
We conduct rigorous identity verification (Kebele ID, Fayda) to ensure the absolute safety and security of students in their homes.
3. Methodology Test
Knowing a subject isn't enough. Tutors must pass a practical teaching evaluation to prove they can engage students effectively.
